Dug a quick pit at ~2,600′ on the main Troy approach. Total snow height of ~185cm, with 10-15cm of new soft snow on top of a solid crust. Findings were similar to Matt and Forest: pretty uniform one finger throughout, with a few remnant not well-defined melt-freeze layers. No stability tests were done and no red flags observed. Skied pretty well, crust was supporting with new snow making for some fun turns.
