Observation: Douglas Island

Skinned the Squirrel Track (normal skinning route) from the parking lot up to the Nest. Found 3-4 inches of low density and unconsolidated powder over a firm unbreakable (on skis) crust from bottom to top of Eaglecrest. Skied the road from the Nest back to the parking lot. Many features were still exposed so we took our time on the way down.
