Observation: Douglas Island

Black bear backdoor skintrack to the top of high point. Windward slopes slightly rimed/scoured near ridge top. Leeward drifted up to ~60cm (to early nov. crust) on upper panel. Dug a hasty pit CT with failure at 1 tap apx 40cm down. Elected to ski elsewhere for the day.
