skin up above black bear chair to the ridge and then dug a pit a few turns down. The snow at the top was wind effected. No signs of instability, the snow pit had several non-reactive layers at this time.

there were several +/- sub layers in the 1 finger hardness range that were all non-reactive at this time. larger snow crystals above the thanksgiving layer.
